YOUR JOURNEY STARTS HERE.

What will I talk about in a consultation?

When you meet with a me, we will explore what is causing you concern and also any specific symptoms, or issues you are facing. We may talk about:

  • Your current situation

  • past health or medical issues.

  • Your childhood and past experiences

  • Situations or events you find difficult

  • How you feel

  • How you behave

  • What you think about certain behaviours, foods, or characteristics.

But it's important to remember that you don't have to talk about anything you're not ready to talk about. The information you share will help us arrive at a remedy and treatment plan.

What to Expect.

Whether you’re new to homeopathy or continuing your journey, your consultation is a safe space for deep listening, understanding, and healing.

Initial Consultation (60–90 minutes)

A comprehensive, in-depth conversation about your physical, emotional, and mental health.

We’ll explore your health history, lifestyle, and personality traits.

You’ll be encouraged to speak openly—every detail helps tailor your individual remedy.

Follow-Up Appointments (30–45 minutes)

We assess how the remedy is working and adjust if necessary.

We continue monitoring your progress and provide support throughout your healing journey.

Process-

After we have discussed the symptoms and complaints you would like me to support you with, I will write up your case and undertake some research to explore which remedy best fits your situation.

Then you will be given a prescription and with instructions and we can agree a follow up meeting.

I can arrange for the remedies to be sent to you directly from the pharmacy, or you can order these directly.
